The planner uses your dog’s weight and the total daily tablet amount: ¼ tablet up to 25 lb, ½ tablet at 26–50 lb, 1 tablet at 51–75 lb, and 1½ tablets above 75 lb. Dividing the daily amount across the day does not increase the daily total. You can include up to four dogs.
How long will one bottle last?
A 60-tablet bottle lasts 240 days at ¼ tablet daily, 120 days at ½ tablet daily, 60 days at 1 tablet daily, or 40 days at 1½ tablets daily. “Up to 8 months” means approximately 240 days for dogs weighing up to 25 lb at ¼ tablet daily. Supply varies with weight.
Why is the tablet scored into quarters?
The scoring marks show four portions. Each quarter represents 250 mg Taurine from a 1000 mg tablet. Use the amount appropriate under the current product directions and your veterinarian’s guidance.
Can I plan for more than one dog?
Yes. Select “Add a dog” in the planner and enter each dog’s weight. The calculation adds their daily tablet quantities together to work out a household supply.
